HIG Africa conducts the Learn 2 Earn Test and Behavioural Assessment with youth from across Lagos state

We are thrilled to share an exciting milestone in the Learn 2 Earn Programme, designed to empower young people with the essential skills they need to succeed in today’s digital and technical landscape.

The First Step: Testing and Assessment
The first cohort of applicants completed their Test and Behavioural Assessment! This is an integral part of the programme which ensures that they are prepared and matched with mentors who will guide them throughout their learning journey. These assessments serve as a foundation to gauge readiness and align the programme’s curriculum with each participant’s strengths and areas for growth.

A Unique Approach to Upskilling
What sets the Learn 2 Earn Programme apart is its holistic approach. Beyond technical skills, we aim to cultivate cognitive and cultural shifts that help participants think critically, solve problems creatively, and adapt to an ever-evolving world. Our programme is focused on not just individual growth but also community development. By upskilling the youth with the right skills, we can catalyze positive changes within their local environments.

Looking Ahead
As we move forward, the Learn 2 Earn Programme will continue to provide dynamic learning opportunities, combining real-world experiences, skill-based training, and mentorship. The journey for our participants has just begun, and we are excited to see the positive outcome they will produce for themselves and community at large.

Stay tuned for more updates on our progress, success stories, and the inspiring journeys of our participants!
